What We Are Building
A closed-loop software suite for the automotive service industry — Shop Management, AP automation, document reconciliation, accounting, and payroll — all connected, all talking to each other, all running on Go, Rust, and React with AI agents doing the heavy lifting. We use Claude and Claude Code as primary development tools. The infrastructure was just rebuilt from the ground up. The OCR pipeline processes 90 days of documents in 11 minutes for 45 cents.
We are not patching something old. We are building something new and we intend to keep building it correctly.

What You Will Do
Work directly with our CTO. Two people. Real problems. No committees, no standups, no one asking you to dumb it down.
 • Build Go backend services and Rust workers that handle document processing, invoice matching, and AP automation at scale
 • Design and extend AI agent workflows that close reconciliation loops automatically
 • Build React frontends that give business owners real visibility into their operations
 • Solve problems that do not have an established pattern to follow

Who You Are
You probably do not have a computer science degree. You may not have any degree. You have been writing code since before anyone told you to. You have strong opinions about how systems should be built and you are usually right. You work better alone or with one other person who can keep up. You have little patience for politics, ego, or meetings that could have been a message.
You are not looking for a job. You are looking for a place where the way your mind works is actually useful.
You do not need to be managed. You need to be pointed at a real problem and left alone to solve it.
